Athletics
We are excited that you are interested in athletics at Clayton Middle School.
All information regarding tryouts and game schedules will be posted here as soon as information is made available.
Student-athletes and parents/guardians will be required to complete forms prior to participating in any tryout. We are excited to announce that Clayton Middle School has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students.

All workouts will be conducted keeping the health and safety of student-athletes and staff in mind. Workouts will be held in compliance with the North Carolina High School Athletic Association’s (NCHSAA) 2020-2021 COVID-19 Modified Guidelines and will follow all guidance from the Johnston County Health Department.
