Documents for Families
Every year, we ask our families to review and sign off on documents pertaining to their child's learning environment for the upcoming school year. Many of these documents can now be signed digitally. We ask that our parents and guardians review the documents listed below and sign the necessary items for each of their students.

Parents have the right to request and be provided with information regarding any state or local educational agency policy regarding student participation in any assessments mandated by the state or local educational agency.
