The JCPS Title I Preschool program is a full-day program designed to provide a rich, child-centered, literacy-focused program to ensure all children enter kindergarten ready to learn. There is no charge for children who qualify for the program and classes are offered at our elementary schools.  

Participation in the program is available to all eligible children who reside within Johnston County. Applicants must be four years of age by August 2024.
