Final Forms
All eligible players must have a Current FINAL FORMS Account. More information can be found under the Athletics tab on our school website or https://johnston-nc.finalforms.com/. Both the parent/guardian and student must complete the required forms before a player is eligible to participate in tryouts or workouts.
Athletic Booster Club
Our Athletic Booster Club organization is working with the community to obtain sponsors to help North Johnston Middle build a fantastic program. If you would like to be a part of the Athletic Booster Club as a member or volunteer, please feel free to reach out at the email below. If your student is interested in staying after school to watch school sporting events, please review the information for purchasing athletic passes to possibly save money. New student passes will be available for purchase. Game entry is $5.00 per game.
