Mirco Elementary Instructional Assistant Laura Ochoa is JCPS December 2023 Classified Employee of the Month!
Ochoa is a bright spot at the school, always smiling, and willing to help with everything from coverage to translating for the Spanish speaking families. Her peers describe say she is a fantastic teaching assistant, and colleague.
She works closely with the kindergarten teacher she supports to ensure the students receive a high quality education every day.
