Erin Ennis is a MTSS Coach at Benson Elementary who always has the best interest of the students at heart. She has a great rapport with teachers and students. Ennis brings a positive attitude, and is very knowledgeable and helpful to teachers when they have questions. She goes way beyond her position to make sure that all students are receiving the extra help they need.
Ennis has filled in for a vacant Exceptional Children position during the past two years to ensure the student are served, and regularly pulls students into small groups to make sure they are achieving their goals. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that every student has completed whatever testing is needed with the appropriate accommodations.
Always jumping in and helping others in any way needed, Ennis has even assisted at the front desk. She serves as an extra mentor, especially for the international teachers, and regularly assists them with their teaching and testing.
She is very quick to walk an unsure student to his/her class to make sure the student is ready for the day. Benson Elementary and Johnston County Public Schools are very lucky to have Erin Ennis on their staff!
