Innovation Academy Head Custodian Russell Holder, Jr. was named the May 2024 Classified Employee of the Month. His unwavering work ethic, positive attitude, warm smile, friendly demeanor and exceptional reliability make him an invaluable asset to the school community. Holder consistently goes above and beyond his duties, ensuring our facilities are clean and safe while fostering positive relationships among students and staff.
He is proactive in addressing any issues that may arise, and is always willing to help out wherever needed. He’s the true definition of a team player, and is a role model for our Pioneers. He can always be counted on for support through any issue, big or small, embodying the spirit of moving the school district from good to great.
