Attention Parents of 3rd and 4th graders: Johnston County Public Schools is committed to building well rounded students and consistently improving our schools for greater student success. Our school is participating in an opportunity to gather feedback on how we can better meet our goals of improving student success.
Over the next few weeks, students and teachers will participate in surveys so that we can better support all of our stakeholders. In order to learn more about your students' needs we will be asking for your student’s feedback via an online survey that will begin on October 30th and will remain open for students through November 9th. The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Please click here to learn more about the Student surveys we will be administering this Fall.
We are asking that all of our students participate in the surveys, as their responses will provide invaluable insights into their experiences and how we can improve and adapt to their needs. If a student doesn’t feel like they have enough information to answer a question, they are able to skip the item altogether. Please complete the form below or return the bottom half of the parent letter to allow your student to participate. The parent letter was sent home in Tuesday folders on 10/24/23. We thank you in advance for your student’s participation. If you have any questions or concerns about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact our school.
