Attention Morning Carpoolers!
Please make sure you are utilizing the main carpool lane for drop off. If you are walking your student in, please park in a parking spot. This is to help ensure the safety of our students and to eliminate congestion.
Thank You For Your Support!
Just a reminder: No School for students tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5th.
Attention Parents: Due to technical issues with PowerSchool, many of our student's progress reports will not be sent home today. They will be sent home as soon as these issues have been resolved. As a reminder, you can always login to your PowerSchool Parent Portal at any time to check on your student's academic progress. Thank you for your patience and support.
Last night, JCPS celebrated the 2024 Leading with the Heart recipients!💝
The event, inspired by Mike Krzyzewski’s book, “Leading with the Heart,” recognizes those staff members throughout the school system that demonstrate leadership, compassion, and heart on a daily basis. One person from every school as well as central services was nominated by their peers, because of their unwavering commitment and dedication to their role.
We honor the 53 amazing members of the JCPS family for their work that clearly does not go unnoticed! Thank you!✨
Stay tuned for an event recap video...

#GreatThingsAreHappeningInJCPS
Under the guidance of local emergency officials and out of an abundance of caution, JCPS will operate on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Everyone is encouraged to drive with caution when traveling.
Attention Parents:
All students and staff should report to schools and campuses on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
There are many roads that have standing water and debris that could be unsafe for travel in the early morning hours. This delay affords safety officials the opportunity to access road conditions and receive further guidance from local emergency officials. We encourage all travelers, especially our teen drivers, to travel with caution.
School nutrition will serve breakfast upon student’s arrival. Early morning care will open two hours later than the normal start time.
Attention Parents:
Due to the impending inclement weather conditions expected to arrive on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Johnston County Public Schools will dismiss three hours early for all students, staff, and visitors. All after school extra curricular activities will be canceled Tuesday, January 9, 2024, as well.
We will be dismissing at 12:55pm.
Christmas Break is just a couple of days away!🎄🎁

There will be no afterschool tutoring, Battle of the Books, Voices, or Science Olympiad Monday, December 18th - Wednesday, December 20th. We will see you all in the New Year!
Just a reminder that school will dismiss early on Wednesday, December 20th.
