Mrs. Lorenda Bradshaw, an Exceptional Children (EC) teacher at Dixon Road Elementary was named JCPS Certified Employee of the Month for October 2024! JCPS continues to improve its school performance grades! 🌟 We are proud to announce that 89% of our schools received a school letter grade of A, B, or C according to recent data, surpassing the state average of 66%. This is a tremendous increase since 2018, when 65% of our schools were identified as the same. One common goal…helping those in their time of need. ❤ Today our Facility Services team gathered supplies from our schools, which were Hurricane Helene Relief donation sites. In a few hours, these supplies will be transported to Western North Carolina. Thank you to the many, many students, parents, and staff who have responded promptly and compassionately. Also, a special thanks to Johnston County Government and the Johnston County Sheriff's Office for allowing us to partner with you in this effort. 🤝
