We are always amazed at the talent and intensity of our Cardinal Artists! Students have been busy in the month of January creating some amazing artwork.
Fourth Grade students focused on 3D forms and chose an analogous color scheme to create realistic ring pops. Students didn't stop there! They added an 80’s vibe to the background with cut paper collage.
5th graders learned about the proportions of facial features and worked to create a realistic drawing of the human eye and used their knowledge of symmetry to get the eye measurements just right. Students picked their favorite analogous color scheme to add interest and color to their compositions.
Look forward to symmetrical vases and painted flowers from Kindergarten artists as well as fiber arts from 2nd graders.
We can’t wait for you to see all the great art that is pouring out of the art room!
