Mrs. Larkeysha M. Sheppard, Principal of McGee's Crossroads Middle, was recently named the 2023-2024 "Leading with the Heart" recipient for our school. Inspired by Mike Krzyzewski’s book, “Leading with the Heart,” the award recognizes those staff members throughout the school system that demonstrate leadership, compassion, and heart on a daily basis. One person from every school, as well as central services, was nominated by their peers, because of their unwavering commitment and dedication to their role.
