October's football player of the month is Zion Whitfield. Zion is an 8th grader and a 2nd year NJMS football player. Zion's coach says In 3 games during October, on defense, he had 3 interceptions with one of them being returned for a touchdown. On offense he also had 1 rushing touchdown.
