Our North Johnston Middle FFA had a great day at the NCFFA East Regional Livestock Judging Contest! These students have been working hard to prepare for this contest and they did an excellent job representing our chapter.

Our junior team placed 2nd out of 62 teams, and was the highest scoring middle school team in the division and East Central Region! They have qualified for the state contest in March.

Our senior team placed 49th out of 72 teams and was the 5th highest scoring middle school team in the division. This division consisted of primarily high school juniors and seniors, so this is an incredible accomplishment!

Lexi Barbour was the highest scoring individual, placing 5th out of 218 students!

Team members included Lexi Barbour, Tenley Barbour, Riley Phillips, Mckynlee Pittman, Kelsee Narron, Harper Schultze, Georgia Wood, and Carter Thornton. Our FFA Advisor is Ally Lavely!
