Congratulations to RDE School Counselor, Mrs. Raeanne Headley Allen, RDE’s Leading With The Heart Award Recipient for the 23/24 school year! The JCPS Leading with the Heart Award is inspired by Mike Krzyewski's book, “Leading with the Heart,” and it recognizes employees throughout the school system that demonstrate leadership, compassion, and heart on a daily basis. We are thankful for everything Mrs. Headley Allen does each day for the students, staff, and families at River Dell.
