Congratulations to our November - December 2023 SeMS Employee of the Month winners!
Barbara Jennings serves as the EC Department Chair. She has been at SeMS for eight years, working alongside other special education personnel to design and administer special needs curriculum. She is an accomplish Special Education Teacher who strives to create an equal and effective education for all learners. She is focused on helping students build on social/emotional skills as well as their mental and behavior well-being. Her passionate and caring demeanor has enabled her to establish a trusting relationship with students, parents and colleagues.
This is Heather Gibson's 5th year at Selma Middle. She currently serves as the Lead MCL, and the School Improvement Team Chair. When asked why perfect attendance is important, she stated, "kids deserve consistency in their lives. Showing up every day means being a constant in their lives. " SeMs appreciates her and commitment to the school and student success.
