A senior at Corinth Holders High, James and was recognized for Self Discipline. He is an active Key Club and Mu Alpha Theta member and a Math tutor for the school's Evening Academy.
James is a hard worker, never giving up, even if the situation is complicated. He sets goals and works hard to achieve each of them. Keep up the good work!👏

Hello Pirates! Please the see the 2 Hour Delay schedule posted on the Cannon Blast at bit.ly/chhs_cb -- buses will run two hours later than normal. Carpool drop off begins at 8:40 AM. Tardy Bell will be at 9:15 AM.
Under the guidance of local emergency officials and out of an abundance of caution, JCPS will operate on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Everyone is encouraged to drive with caution when traveling.

In less than 24 hours the Corinth Holders High band will be performing live all the way from LONDON in the New Year's Day parade, which is one of the most viewed events in the world! The parade begins on January 1, 2024, at 7 AM est.

Looking ahead: New Year's Day falls on Monday this year so there is no school Monday or Tuesday! We look forward to the return to school on Wednesday, January 3rd! There will be no clubs this first week back but we will be on a regular schedule. We are less than 3 weeks from final exams! A few weeks ago members of the Corinth Holders High Band was able to sit with our good friend Mariah Ellis of CBS17 to chat about their upcoming visit to London!
Band students, director Olivia Dove, school administrators, and district Fine Arts Learning Specialist Sarah Fawn McLamb have spent the past year preparing for the trip and the excitement of it all is spreading throughout the district.

For students following the traditional school calendar, Wednesday, December 20, 2023 is an early release day. Then students will be out of school from Thursday, December 21, 2023 - Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Students return to school on Wednesday, January 2, 2024.

Congratulations to the CHHS 2023-24 Baseball Team for receiving November's "Club/Organization of the Month". These students are great role models for both the school and the community. After lunches they help clean the cafeteria and have also adopted a family for Christmas. Thank you for being examples of integrity and leadership!
