Attendees will be provided 15 minute information sessions about the various programs offered to 8th graders and a Q&A session. Students are able to apply for the programs now! 12/6/23 Announcements: Academic Bowl Participants Keely King, Nathan Blackwood, Jonathon Disalvo and Katarzyna McMauley advanced to the level 2 Qualifiers in Division 2. These cadets will compete against 183 other schools JROTC Units to try and advance to the Level 3 Qualifier. Your Cleveland Women's Basketball came up short last night in their game against Wakefield. Pushing our record to 4-2. the Rams were led by 10 points from Nevaeh Cannon, 8 points from both Izzy Sholar and Angelia Dunn. We are back on the court Friday night at home against West Johnston. Next week is Winter Spirit Week Celebrate the season and join the fun. Monday is Pajama Day. Dress in your favorite holiday jammies to start the week. Tuesday- Dress in your favorite holiday colors- silver and gold, red and green, or blue and white. The choice is yours. holiday week participants will be entered in a drawing for a prize on Friday Dec 15th! Ram Academy will be held in Room 126- DLL for the remainder of the year.

12/05/23 Announcements: Benchmark assessments begin this week. We know you've been working hard in your classes. We want to encourage you to reach your personal goals for growth. We're proud of you and the work you've been putting in. The Tri-M Music Honor Society is hosting a Christmas Gram fundraiser. This is to fund our service projects this year. Christmas grams will be sold in the commons starting tomorrow 12/6 before 1st block. The cost is $2.00. Christmas grams will be delivered during 4th Block the last week before Christmas Break. The Cleveland Women's team pushed their record to 4-1 with a 46-21 win over Durham Riverside. The Rams were led by 11 points from Nevaeh Cannon, 7 points from Jahzara Gundy and 10 rebounds from Martina Paz-Aquino. We are back on the court tomorrow night at Wakefield. Congratulations to the Varsity Cheerleading team on placing 1st at the NCHSAA Cheerleading State Invitational on Saturday for the 1st time in school history. Cleveland Cheerleading is State Champions! Come out to their next competition December 13th at West Johnston High School.

11-30-23 Announcements: FCCLA officers will meet during RAMped up B today and all other members will meet during RAMped up C om room 601. Congrats to the women's JV basketball team for their overwhelming win VS Athens Drive, 51-9. Top scores of the night were Jaz Lanairez with 8 points, Lindsay Daughtrey with 8, and Avery Morgan with a booming 22 points. 11/29/23 Announcements: Environmental Club will meet during A- Lunch on Dec 4th for a special presentation and fun activity. FFA has an in school meeting December 5th in the shop during B lunch. 11/28/23 Announcements: We have placed juniors in to RAMped Up sessions to begin preparing students for the ACT which will happen on February 27th and 28th, 2024. It is important that you attend the ACT session you are assigned during RAMped up! We will have a brief meeting with the junior class tomorrow., 11/29 at 8:15 in the CvHS Auditorium to explain the importance of the ACT and how it may be used in the future.

Congrats to captain Grayson Roberts, Cadet First Class Ray Bannon, Cadet Privates Kataryna McCauley, Kyle O'Rouke and Jacob Burgees on their First Raider Competition placing 7th Overall out of 20 Teams. Congrats to the following event winners at Saturdays' JoCo Invitational Swim Meet. Liz Reed won 100 fly and 100 back .Audrey Deras won 100 breast. The men's 200 free relay of Jarrett Long, Matthew Zamora, Josh Waldon, and Mason Jones won. Josh Waldon won 100 breast. They also took several 2nd and 3red places. Also, congrats to Cooper Thomas for winning the 4A Dive Meet.
