5/28: Announcements: Please return all books, chromebooks, and chargers to the library after your last exam. Seniors can not walk for graduation if they have any outstanding fees/fines. See Mrs. Wamble or Mrs. Wright for questions or to check your account. If you have a social studies textbook return to the library, CCP textbooks must be returned to the JCC campus in Smithfield. You can save your school files to a personal account if you would like by using Google Takeout before you leave for the summer!

5/22 Announcements: Hello, I'm Kaitlyn ,the current FCCLA PRESIDENT, Cleveland FCCLA has received a certificate of impact from our shoe drive fundraiser. We collected 971lbs of shoes, because of this we saved 404k gal of water and displaced 24,275lbs of CO2. thank you to everyone who made this possible. If you were a member of FCCLA this year we invite you to our end-of-year celebration during RAMPED UP B and C on Thursday, May 23rd. There will be a team basketball meeting on Thursday during Ramped Up A. All returning men's basketball players as well as anyone interested in trying out next season should attend. 5/20 Announcements: Our Mixed Ensemble Chorus competed this weekend at the Busch Gardens Music In the Parles festival. They won 1st place in the High School AA Division for Mixed Ensemble Choirs, and received the only '' Superior " in our category against the other competing High Schools. Join us for our Spring Choral Concert Thursday, May 23rd @ 7:30pm in the auditorium featuring all choir ensembles of Cleveland High Schools, Singing Rams are Cleveland Proud. Join us for our Tri- M Music Honor Society induction ceremony at 6:00 pm in the auditorium. All are welcomed to attend! Cleveland High School's FIRST Varsity Football team will have an interest meeting this Tuesday during B Lunch. Any girls interested should attend to hear about and sign up for this first season of flag football. Congratulations to the Rams Track Teams for their outstanding performances at the 4A State Meet! The teams combined for 5 new school records, 13 states medals and 7 Top-10 finishes. Ana Toy set a new school record in the 400m Dash. The girls 4x1 of Seni McKinnon, Kennedy Hinton , Ana Toy and Saidee Stone set a new school record finishing 4th in the state. Their time was the 2nd fastest 4x1 ever by a Johnston County school. The boys sprint relay teams of Josh Mc Millan, Shawn Williams , Jordan Gulley and Ronalon Renwick also set school records finishing 3rd in the 4x2 and 4th in the 4x1 with the fastest times ever by a Johnston County school.

We have the opportunity to break the stigma around mental health on our campus by talking openly, compassionately, and kindly to one another. No one should ever struggle alone. 5/13 Announcements: Congratulations to the Rams Track Teams for an outstanding Regional Meet on Sat. The girls 4x1 and 4/2 relays including Seni Mc Kinnon, Kennedy Hinton, Ana Toy, Saidee Stone, and Landry Lee qualified for states. Ana also qualified for states setting a new school record in the 400m dash. The boys team is the 2024 4A East Regional Champion ! The 4x1 and 4x2 relays John McMillian ,Shawn Williams, Jordan Gulley and Ranalon Renwick are Regional Champions! Also qualifying for states with 2nd place finishes are Keydar Mangum in shot put and Cooper Thomas in ppole vault. The teams finish their season this Friday at the 4A state championship meet.The FFA would like to announce the new officer team for the 2024-2025 school year. 5/8 Announcements: The Varsity Softball team picked up a 10-0 victory over Durham Jordan last night. Karsyn Hudacky had 3 hits in the contest.t. Lani Pennica was the winning pitcher. The Lady Rams are scheduled to travel to Lumberton, Friday for round 2. Seniors, please don't forget that Friday is our Grad Walk. Remember school appropriate clothes are okay, bring you cap and gowns. Remind your off campus Senior friends. We will make an announcement Friday morning for Seniors to report to the front lobby at 7:40. We will leave around 7:50-8 and return around 10am.
